Equality
EWGA is a partner organisation of the England Golf Partnership, consisting of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA), English Golf Union (EGU) and the EWGA, supported by the Golf Foundation (GF).
Our joint stance is to challenge discrimination within golf on the basis of sex, disability, ethnicity, age, religion, gender reassignment, or sexual orientation.
The EWGA Equity, Equal Opportunities and Fair Treatment Policy sets out the way in which the EWGA will work to eliminate discrimination within its activities, and the obligations of affiliated ladies’ sections in golf clubs.
